GBUZ RVFD is located in the center of Ufa, has the necessary modern medical and diagnostic equipment both for timely and high-quality in-depth medical examination of athletes (UMO), and for the provision of medical rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, cardiovascular system, patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, patients who have had a new coronavirus infection COVID-19.
The Medical and Physical Education Service of the Republic of Bashkortostan is represented by the Department of Sports Medicine of GBUZ RVFD and the branch of GBUZ RVFD in the city of Sterlitamak. In addition, there are departments and rooms of exercise therapy on the basis of medical organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Athletes of national teams and children's and youth sports schools, children engaged in sports sections and groups of "Health" within the framework of the UMO must undergo an ECG examination, assess heart rate variability, EEG, REG, stabilometry, bicycle ergometry, treadmill test, ultrasound examination, laboratory diagnostics. our experienced sports medicine doctors, neurologists, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologists, cardiologist, tramatologist - orthopedist, surgeon, urologists, dermatologists, therapist, pediatrician, dentist. Since 2021, within the framework of the UMO, an assessment of the balance of nutrition at all stages of sports training is carried out by a dietitian and nutritionist.
The main activities of the Department of Sports Medicine:
medical examination and dynamic observation of persons engaged in physical culture and sports: students of the Youth Sports School, CYSSHOR, sports sections, highly qualified athletes and other groups of the population engaged in mass sports;
- medical support of sports and mass events, training camps and competitions;
- providing medical assistance to athletes during recovery measures after intense physical exertion, diseases and injuries;
- prevention of sports injuries;
- consultations for the population on the selection of the optimal mode of physical activity, recommendations on the choice of the type of recreational physical training.
- members of the national teams of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Bashkortostan and their nearest reserve in various sports;
- highly qualified athletes (honored masters of sports, masters of sports of international class, masters of sports, candidates for master of sports, adult and youth categories);
- athletes - Paralympians, athletes - deaflympians;
About 200 disabled athletes are registered at the DISPENSARY register in the GBUZ RVFD. These are athletes of the All-Russian Society of the Blind, the All-Russian Society of the Deaf, with pathology of the musculoskeletal system. Among them are participants and prize-winners of the Paralympic and Deaflympic Games
Medical and biological support for athletes is carried out not only during sports events included in the Calendar Plan of Official Physical Culture and Sports Events of the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but also includes qualified medical care for persons involved in sports.
Department of Medical Rehabilitation
accepts for rehabilitation treatment of patients:
- with pathology of the musculoskeletal system (arthritis, arthrosis, joint contractures, condition after joint replacement, osteochondrosis of the spine, protrusion, herniated discs of the spine);
- diseases of the peripheral nervous system (neuritis, neuropathy, lumboischialgia, cervico / brachialgia);
- central nervous system (consequences of ONMK);
- Rehabilitation of patients who have had a new coronavirus infection COVID-19.
Reception of patients is carried out in the presence of an electronic referral from the local doctor or specialist doctor, passport and insurance policy of chi.
Health Center
In the health center, all patients of all age groups undergo a comprehensive clinical and instrumental examination free of charge:
- ECG on poly- spektr
- spirometry (study of the function of external respiration)
- REG (rheoencephalography) on the apparatus REO-spektr
- anthropometry (measurement of height and weight, determination of body index)
- determination of the level of glucose and cholesterol in the blood
- tonometry (measurement of intraocular pressure)
- campimetry (determination of visual fields)
- bioimpedancemetry (determination of the percentage of water, muscle and adipose tissue)
- consultation and examination of a therapist, a dental hygienist, a physical therapy doctor.
As a result of the examination, a health passport is issued, recommendations are made for physical therapy, 10 classes of exercise therapy and physiotherapeutic procedures are carried out on modern equipment (free of charge).
Day Hospital
The department of the day hospital provides medical care to patients in the profile of "medical rehabilitation" after injuries and operations on the musculoskeletal system (endoprosthetics of the hip, knee joints, after acute disorders of cerebral circulation, surgical treatment of patients with degenerative - dystrophic diseases of the joints and spine (herniated intervertebral discs), patients with diseases cardiovascular system, after suffering a new coronavirus infection COVID-19. A distinctive feature of our day hospital is a wide range of non-drug methods of treatment: physical therapy (group and individual programs), massage, joint development using mechanotherapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy (magnetotherapy, CMT, electrical stimulation, paraffin therapy), dry carbon dioxide baths, hydrotherapy (baths, underwater traction horizontal and vertical), classes in the gym. Drug treatment includes antioxidant, neuroprotective, cardioprotective, vasoactive and anti-inflammatory treatment and vitamin therapy.
The day hospital is designed to provide qualified assistance to patients of the 3rd stage of medical rehabilitation, whose condition does not require round-the-clock monitoring by medical personnel; if necessary, a certificate of temporary incapacity for work is issued.
Treatment is carried out free of charge under the policy of compulsory medical insurance; on request, on a paid basis, accommodation in the rooms of hanging comfort with the selection of an individual schedule of procedures.
Patients in satisfactory condition who need outpatient treatment and observation of medical personnel are sent to the day hospital in the direction of district doctors and narrow specialists, as well as from medical rehabilitation departments of round-the-clock hospitals. The selection is carried out by the head of the day hospital - a neurologist, if necessary, by the commission of the GBUZ RVFD.
